1.  ## 01 Which areas do you deliver to?

    Primary stock and dispatch operate out of Kannur, Kerala. We serve all 14 Kerala districts with same-day delivery across the Malabar region and same-week dispatch to Kochi, Trivandrum, and the rest of the state. Karnataka and Tamil Nadu deliveries are available on request — we run regular routes to Bengaluru, Mangalore, and Coimbatore.

2.  ## 02 How fast can I get a quote?

    Same business day for in-catalogue items, usually within a few hours. Enquiries submitted on health.seekmy.in or sent to enquiry@health.seekmy.in are read by a person who knows the product — not a call-centre queue.

3.  ## 03 Do you supply consumables in bulk?

    Yes. Sutures, drapes, gowns, gloves, masks, syringes, IV sets, catheters, and other surgical / clinical consumables are available with bulk-procurement pricing. Tell us your annual usage and we'll send a contract proposal.

4.  ## 04 Can you handle hospital-level procurement contracts and tender bids?

    Yes — we participate in hospital tenders and rate-contract bids across our coverage area. Send the tender document or RFQ to enquiry@health.seekmy.in and we will respond with a compliant bid that includes manufacturer authorisation letters where required.

5.  ## 05 What paperwork comes with each delivery?

    Every unit includes: the manufacturer's authorised-channel certificate, a tax invoice, batch / serial number traceability records for consumables and devices, and the manufacturer warranty card. We're audit-ready by default — your compliance team can request these documents up-front for any order.

6.  ## 06 Do you offer installation, training, or service?

    For equipment that requires it (anaesthesia workstations, ventilators, C-arms, surgical lights, OT tables, monitors), we arrange manufacturer-certified installation and biomedical-engineer training as part of the delivery. Post-sale service routes through the manufacturer support network we are accredited under.

7.  ## 07 How do I get pricing for a specific product?

Or email enquiry@health.seekmy.in directly. We do not publish list prices because pricing depends on quantity, region, and current manufacturer offers — but you will not wait long for a real number.
